Most AI quotes arrive as a range with no scope attached to it. So here is our AI automation pricing in Kuwait as a number instead: KWD 1,850 fixed for one automated workflow running in production, or KWD 1,200 when the scope has already been decided before we start.
What KWD 1,850 buys
KWD 1,850 is a fixed fee for one automated workflow, running in production — a single business process with a named trigger and a named end state, handed to your team and working on live data. It is not a pilot, not a slide deck, and not a licence you rent. The number does not move with the size of your company or with how the first conversation goes.
- A 90-minute discovery session in which we write down the manual process step by step, as it is actually performed today rather than as the org chart describes it.
- The build itself: the automation logic, the prompts, the guardrails, and the failure paths — including what happens when the model is not confident and a human has to be pulled in.
- Arabic and English handling wherever the workflow touches a customer, including mixed-script and dialect input.
- Connection to the tools you already run: WhatsApp Business, email, Google Sheets, a calendar, or a CRM that exposes an API.
- Two weeks of monitoring after go-live, with logic fixes inside the agreed scope at no extra charge.
- A written handover and a 45-minute session for whoever owns the process after we leave.
Workflows that genuinely fit this envelope: an inbound enquiry answered, qualified and written into a booking calendar; invoices or delivery notes read, extracted and pushed into accounting; after-hours calls answered and routed to the right branch — closer to AI call centre automation than to replacing a contact centre. The scheduling and dispatch logic behind our on-demand car wash platform is the same shape of problem: one process, one trigger, one clear finish.
What KWD 1,850 does not cover
A fixed price only stays honest if the exclusions are published as plainly as the number. These are ours.
- A second workflow. It is priced separately. There is a reduction for a second one built in the same engagement, but no bundle in which it is free.
- Replacing a system of record. No new ERP, no new app, no data migration. Automation sits on top of what you already run.
- Systems with no API. Legacy on-premise software or a custom portal with no integration surface needs a paid scoping week before anyone can quote it.
- Regulated environments. For a bank, an insurer or a government entity the build is rarely the expensive part — procurement, data-residency review and security sign-off are. Read AI automation for banks first; that work is quoted, not fixed.
- Model and API usage. The per-message cost of the underlying model is billed by the provider to your own account, not marked up through us. For a single workflow it is small, but it is a running cost and you should be able to see it.
- Data cleanup. If the answers live in 400 PDFs nobody has sorted, sorting them is work. It is either yours or a separate line item.
- A retainer. After the two weeks, ongoing monitoring and change requests are a monthly arrangement, quoted on its own.
The pattern behind that list is not local to Kuwait. McKinsey's annual state of AI research keeps landing on the same finding: the pilot is rarely what drains the budget — the distance between a pilot and something a team depends on every day is. Almost everything we exclude lives in that distance, and quoting it as though it were free is how AI projects in the region end up abandoned at seventy per cent done.
The KWD 1,200 scoped option
KWD 1,200 is the same build without the discovery and the re-scoping, because someone has already done that work. It is available when four conditions are true on the day we start:
- The trigger and the end state are written down and agreed internally.
- At least 50 real examples of the input exist — actual messages, actual invoices, not samples we invent for a demo.
- One named owner can answer a question within a working day.
- The tools involved have working APIs and somebody can grant access in week one.
If two of those are missing, we quote KWD 1,850 instead. Taking the lower number and then discovering the scope on your time is how a fixed price turns into an argument. The old business process automation rule has not changed: automating a process nobody has described yet only makes the confusion arrive faster.
Neither number scales into a programme. Several workflows across departments, a shared knowledge base, or an assistant your whole sales team leans on are priced on a different basis — how we price a full AI project in Kuwait sets that out, and the AI services page shows what the studio actually builds and runs.
