These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Safey (“the app”), published by Khatib Designs. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You retain ownership of the content you store in Safey. You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the right to store it.
You agree not to use the app to store or share unlawful content, to attempt to breach its security, or to misuse the service in any way that harms us or others.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Sensitive vault fields are encrypted on your device; however, you are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. While we use strong encryption and industry practices, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that data will never be lost. Keep independent backups of anything critical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khatib Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
