Common questions

I ran out of lives — what now?

Lives refill over time (one every 10 minutes, up to 5), or you can refill instantly with gems.

I bought gems / Remove Ads but don't see it.

Make sure you're signed into the same Apple or Google account you purchased with, then reopen the app. Purchases restore automatically. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your receipt.

How do I reset my progress?

Go to Settings → Reset progress. This clears all local data on your device.

Is LUMA free?

Yes. LUMA is free to play. Optional in-app purchases (gem packs, a starter bundle, and Remove Ads) are available but never required.
